BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELATION POLICY
Booking Conditions:
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. No reservation will be held until all details of the guest credit card have been forwarded. Upon receiving these details, Home Hotel will confirm the reservation in writing.
Cancellation Policy and No Show:
In the event of a reservation being cancelled 15 days prior to the arrival date, no penalty fee applies. If the cancellation is made less than 15 days before arrival date 50% of your total stay will be charged. Cancellations made 3 days or less prior to arrival date the full amount of your reserved stay will be charged.
A no show 24 hours after check in time (2pm) of the arrival date shall be considered a No Show and the entire stay will be charged at full rate.
All cancellations and modification of bookings must be made in writing. Home Hotel will acknowledge receipt of cancellation or modification.
Sales Tax (VAT) is an addition 21%
Rates are per room and include Home Breakfast, wi-fi, and use of pool & sauna
No triple room or extra bed possible.
