Terms and conditions
To proceed with a Spa reservation a valid credit card information will be requested as a guarantee. The reservation will only be confirmed when a guarantee credit card is supplied. The payment of the total of the scheduled treatments will be made at check-in. Credit card, debit card, paypal or cash are accepted.
It is recommended to arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time in order to complete the registration process and be able to start the treatments on time. Tardiness may result in shortening of your package or extra cost. ID or passport will be requested for registration.
No food or beverages purchased outside our premises are permitted. This package does not include use of the pool. A locker for your personal items, a towel, bathrobe and slippers will be provided.
Cancellation Policy, No Show and Tardiness Policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing via mail or whatsapp with at least 24hs prior to the appointment. Home Hotel will acknowledge receipt of cancellation. Otherwise, the full amount of the treatment will be charged to the credit card informed as guarantee. Absences without notice will mean full charge for scheduled treatment.
